Hi about to start my first OM style build. Am in process of making jigs and mould etc and am making a couple of radius jigs. Have been lurking here for a while and would not have had the courage to start this without all the help I have got from this site and MIMF. One query I have (there will undoubtedly be more!) is how do you position the back and front on the radius dish when you glue on the braces? Is there a particular way to centre or otherwise the back/front on the radius dish?

Cheers, Bob

If I am understanding your question correctly...and the radius on your form is constant...I don't suppose it matters whether or not it is completely centered. I have seen some people centre their work when sanding a radius on the linings but again, with a consistent radius mold I can't see how the position would really change anything. Others may have a different view (and I've only built a couple of guitars) but my mold is consistent and I have never paid too much attention to positioning.
